Campbell Health Solutions education programs and services are designed to help individuals, families, and communities, whether they are living with Human Immunodeficiency Virus, At-risk of HIV, and other social determinants of health. Campbell Health Solutions aim to promote sexual health and wellness, foster healthy behaviors and healthy relationships, and so much more, while recognizing different experiences and challenges facing various communities and groups.
Campbell Health Solutions provides its programs and services to all eligible individuals within its service areas. However, Campbell Health Solutions prioritize Black and Indigenous People of Color leading with educational activities that enhance access to education and prevention services to reduce and or eliminate internalized and family stigma and discrimination. By providing the tools needed to access and prevent HIV, STI ‘s and other social services.
While the primary focus will be on individuals who are living with HIV. We will also be focusing on individuals who are HIV negative and can benefit from the same support and education around these very same issues.
- Our educational support services and programs are provided to our clients who are newly diagnosed or people who want to come out to their families as LGBTQ+.
- Our educational programs are designed to provide additional support while supporting the client and taking some of the burdens off the provide healthcare provider-client relationship as well as to provide support around disclosure to a sexual or intimate partners and family members. Topics includes HIV 101, HIV post diagnosis, STI, LGBTQ+, adherence, motivation counseling, etc. Most conversations are free forming and individualized so that the conversations are tailored to the client’s needs.

- Take control of your health:
- Post Diagnosis Education and Support is provided to individuals who are newly diagnosed, individuals who are in and out care and individuals who are returning to care. Campbell Health Solutions programs and services are provided to individuals for free.
- Sexual Health Education are designed to provide support to individuals and Providers by reducing educational burdens and facilitate the provider-client relationship as well as to provide support around disclosure to a sexual or intimate partners and family members. Topics includes basic HIV 101, STD/Is, PrEP/PEP and other topic areas that are relevant to the client’s needs.
- HIV Risk Assessment and Reduction helps to identify individuals at risk behaviors and establish a set risk reduction topics and strategies that support recommendations for HIV, STD, and hepatitis screening. Risk assessment can help people who are already infected access treatment and learn how to avoid transmitting HIV to others.
- Similarly, risk reduction education helps to decrease the rates of HIV infection through prevention efforts. Providing education and counseling to help clients decrease risks to themselves and others, specifically to Sexually Transmitted Diseases and Human Immunodeficiency Virus.
- Healthy Relationships – All types of relationships exist, and some are healthy and some unhealthy. We explore relationships utilizing various scenarios to aid clients in recognizing healthy and unhealthy relationships and identify, where your own relationship falls. If you recognize any warning signs or triggers, that indicates that your relationship is unhealthy, a team member will confidentially discuss your situation and explore available options.
