Our Story

Campbell Health solutions is a 501(c)(3) for impact organization that was established to increase the accessibility of awareness education, prevention, wellness, and health care services. Innovating healthcare through individual and family engagements and making health care services and resources more attainable.

Campbell Health Solutions was forged from over 25 years of experience working, and collaborating with healthcare systems, community-based and faith-based organizations addressing social determinants of health and improving health equity. Utilizing Richardo and Matthew Jackson expertise to reframe, refocus and help organizations, communities, and individuals to transform their lives, programs, and services. Building equitable community programs and services in response to the changing face and needs of the HIV Epidemic.

Campbell Health Solutions was named in honor of the late, Elaine May Campbell, who dedicated her life in service to others, eliminating barriers so that others can have support, access and be educated towards making informed decisions for their health and well-being.

Campbell Health Solutions is the legacy of Richardo, Matthew and Ms. Campbell‘s dedication to individuals, families and communities having access to education, prevention, health, and wellness services. Towards improving their well-being by integrating the use of technology towards innovating health care services to communities at-risk for Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD) and other determinants of health.

Our culture is community. We are focused on building relationships across cultures, groups and networks. We routinely share updates and best practices with our team and community partners towards increasing and expanding opportunities for greater social impact because we are in it – to end HIV.

Campbell Health Solutions is a mission-driven, people driven culture. We work as a team to impact the lives of the individuals, families and communities, we serve. We aim to achieve and exceed these goals because everyone works collectively and collaboratively, inspire of the challenges without wavering.

​We celebrate and support our differences. We recruit staff and volunteers with the best combinations of education, training, and professional experience needed for the work that we do. Additionally, We nurture the growth and development of our staff including supporting professional development to build technical and leadership skills. A large number of our colleagues communicate in more than one language, mirroring the multi-social nature of our work. Richardo Jackson

Founder & CEO

Matthew Graham-Jackson

Co-Founder and Vice President

Richardo Jackson began working in community and public health over 23 years ago. He has experience working  and collaborating with healthcare systems, as well as developing, implementing, and evaluating prevention and clinical services ranging from community and faith-based organizations to AIDS services organizations across the U. S more specifically the State of New York and the State of Florida Department of Health. He has a wealth of knowledge, experience, and passion for his work in HIV prevention, care, treatment, and research.

Richardo is the co-founder of MBO Health Network and Founder, President and CEO of Campbell Health Solutions, Inc is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, SGL, Black-led organization created for-impact with the mission to promote health and educational services that supports the wellbeing of those most vulnerable to HIV, STDs, and other determinants of health.

Mr. Jackson utilize his expertise to reframe, refocus and help organizations, communities, and individuals to transform their lives, programs, services, and the communities they serve.

Richardo holds dual B.S. degrees in Community Health and Human Services, and Organizational Management from Saint Joseph’s College New York and an M.B.A from Northwood University.

Matthew Graham-Jackson is the Founder and Creative Director of Emigee New York, Emigee Skyn and Emigee Cosmetics. Matthew has found a way to get his hands dirty and your Skyn clean, with a mix of natural ingredients and botanical oils. He believes having a skyncare routine should not be out of your reach, it should be at your fingertips.

Matthew is the Co-Founder of MBO Health Network and Co-Founder and Vice-President of Campbell Health Solutions, Inc is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, SGL, Black-led organization created for-impact with the mission to promote health and educational services that supports the wellbeing of those most vulnerable to HIV, STDs, and other determinants of health.

Mr. Jackson has worked to advance HIV awareness and education aligning with the CHS’ mission to help organizations, communities, and individuals to transform their lives.
